I have always been interested in nutrition, but a few years back I learned that the things I thought I knew about nutrition were completely false.  Like most, my entire life I had led to believe if you want to lose weight you need to eat less.  I tried countless restrictive diets never seeing any real results.  It wasn't until I learned how to properly fuel my body via macros that things started to change for me!  After six months of flexible dieting I had lost over 30 pounds and 10% body fat.  My performance had increased, I had more energy, I was sleeping better, and my overall health was great.  I couldn't believe the changes to my body both inside and out.  But moreover, I couldn't believe how easy it was!  By just changing a few small lifestyle habits, and by focusing on eating enough of the right foods rather than restricting others I had completely transformed my life.

After my transformation I knew that I wanted to help others achieve the same success and find freedom both with food and their bodies the way I had!  I have spent the last few years coaching clients with varying goals from Olympic dreams to reversal of onset diabetes.   I love sharing my passion and knowledge of nutrition with clients and helping them learn to love it in the same way I have.  The part of coaching that I love most is watching clients learn to love and appreciate their bodies for the first time.

I currently still practice flexible dieting myself.  I also participate in CrossFit group classes 5 times a week.  In the past couple of years I have found great balance between fitness, food, and fun.  And I would love to help you do the same!  Click here to learn more about my fitness and nutrition journey:
