Hi, I’m Caitlin McGinley — a registered dietitian, marathon runner, and wellness coach passionate about helping people build strength, confidence, and lasting health.

Over the years, I’ve coached individuals at every stage of their fitness and wellness journey — from complete beginners to lifelong athletes. Whether your goal is to get stronger, improve your relationship with food, manage your health, or simply feel better in your body, I’m here to support you with a realistic, personalized approach.
