Story
Find Your Fit Nutrition began with one simple mission: to help people at every stage of life take control of their health. Whether managing chronic conditions, navigating weight loss, or simply wanting to feel better in their bodies, I knew there was a need for personalized, sustainable nutrition guidance to support long-term well-being.

Mission
As I worked with more clients from all walks of life, it became clear that many were looking for more than just nutrition counseling. They wanted guidance on building strength, improving movement, and creating healthier habits that supported their overall goals.
That’s when my passion for sports nutrition, backed by my Master's degree in Sports and Exercise Science and my experience as a competitive marathon runner, truly came into focus. I’ve always been driven by the belief that nutrition and performance go hand-in-hand. Through my own experience training for marathons and helping athletes fuel their bodies for peak performance, I realized how powerful a balanced approach to nutrition, strength, and movement can be — not just for athletes, but for anyone looking to improve their health and wellness.
