Yes! All coaching is delivered online. I use email, video calls, and training platforms to deliver your plan, track progress, and stay in touch.

Absolutely. I work with women at all fitness levels. Every plan is customized based on your experience, goals, and current fitness level.

5. How long does it take to receive my custom plan?
Once I receive your intake form and payment, plans are typically delivered within 3–5 business days.

6. Do you offer refunds?
Due to the custom nature of my programs and services, all sales are final. Please review the product details carefully before purchasing. I'm happy to answer questions ahead of time to make sure it’s the right fit.

7. Can I make changes to my plan once it’s delivered?
Minor adjustments can be made within 7 days of receiving your plan. For ongoing support and more flexibility, I recommend our monthly coaching options.

You’ll receive clear instructions when you sign up. Most communication takes place via email or through a private platform. Zoom or phone check-ins are available for certain programs.
